About Us

Dr. Bogorad grew up in Brookline, MA, attended Bowdoin College in Maine, and graduated from Tufts Medical School in Boston. He went on to complete his residency at the prestigious Neurological Institute at Columbia University and an EEG/Epilepsy Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, both in NYC. He is a board certified (2009) general neurologist in the Newburyport office with a special interest in seizures and headaches. Dr. Bogorad takes time to listen to his patients to get to the bottom of the problem. He enjoys getting to know the patients and their individual needs as he cares for them over time. He enjoys reading and exploring the great outdoor opportunities in the area with his family.

Dr. Grover was raised in Montreal, Quebec. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology
with a specialization in behavioral neurobiology from Concordia University, Montreal in 2005. He began
medical school at St. Georges University School of Medicine in 2006. Clinical rotations were completed
at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn
Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He then finished a 4-year adult neurology residency at the
University of South Alabama in 2014 where his interest in epilepsy, stroke and critical care neurology
developed. He pursued specialized training in epilepsy and graduated from a 2-year epilepsy fellowship
at Yale University School of Medicine in 2016. During his time at Yale, he published peer reviewed
articles and presented at international conferences. After training he worked for Dartmouth Hitchcock in
their community practice group for 5 years, where in addition to clinical duties, he educated the next
generation of physicians as an Associate Professor of Neurology. He then moved to Boston and worked
at Mount Auburn Hospital as an Instructor of Neurology for Harvard Medical School. He joined our
practice in the fall of 2023. He is triple board certified in Adult Neurology, Epilepsy and Clinical
Neurophysiology. He enjoys alpine skiing, mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Dr. Kelliher, originally from Brockton, Massachusetts, transplanted to the North Shore in the late 90’s. He attended Boston University for both college (with a Biology major and English minor) and medical school. After fulfilling his Internship year in Internal Medicine at Carney Hospital in Dorchester he went on to complete his neurology residency based at Boston City Hospital (now part of Boston Medical Center) also rotating through Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital and Lahey Clinic. He rounded out his training with a fellowship year at Massachusetts General Hospital where he focused on electromyography (EMG) and peripheral nerve disease. After completing training Dr. Kelliher joined the staff at Boston Medical Center and Faulkner Hospital before finally landing at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals where he has practiced since 1997. He is board certified in Neurology and board eligible for Electrodiagnostic Medicine. His diverse training has made Dr. Kelliher a well-rounded general neurologist with special interests in headache and neuropathy. A proud parent of two children, his hobbies include oil painting, cooking and music.

Dr. Shastri grew up in Buffalo, NY. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Boston College in 2002, where she studied psychology and chemistry, she attended medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She then completed her internship in Internal Medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and her residency in Adult Neurology at Tufts Medical Center. She pursued a fellowship in Movement Disorders at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in NYC. After completing her training, Dr. Shastri worked on staff at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (2011-2017) and then Mount Auburn Hospital (2017-2021). She is board certified in Neurology (2010) and is passionate about treating various neurologic illnesses, including headache, neuropathy, dementia, and stroke. Her special interests include the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and Tremors. Dr. Shastri values the team approach in patient care and strives to formulate a treatment plan that works for the patient, their family, and their care team. She lives in Cambridge with her fiancé and puppy and enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Tramontozzi grew up in Saugus, Massachusetts. In 2002 he obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University in North Carolina. Before matriculating to medical school he traveled abroad on a Fulbright scholarship to Jeju, South Korea where he taught English at a local middle school. Returning to the states in 2003, he pursued his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine and graduated in 2007. He spent his internship year in Internal Medicine at Lahey Clinic. He then completed his residency training in neurology at the Tufts program, which was split between Tufts Medical Center, St.Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and Lahey Clinic. In his fifth and last year of training he completed a fellowship in Clinical Neuromuscular Medicine and Electromyography at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Tramontozzi is board certified in Neurology (2011) and Neuromuscular Medicine (2012). His clinical interests center on nerve and muscle diseases but run the full gamut of neurological illnesses including movement disorders, headache, multiple sclerosis, stroke and epilepsy. Practicing a patient centered approach to diagnosing and treating neurologic diseases, Dr. Tramontozzi enjoys the privilege of seeing patients in their own community, which enables him to understand their values and incorporate them into his treatment plan. He lives in the North Shore area with his wife, a practicing family medicine physician, and two children Sophia and Louis. His interests outside of work include spending time with his young family, cooking, and tennis.
